Big Easy Bold Review
I am a 1quickcup ambassador. I recently tried the Big Easy Bold. I am a huge fan of Emeril thought his coffee might be good. I was sadly disapointed in this flavor. to me it tasted burned. It was a bit bitter for my liking also. I love strong coffee but this one had such a bad after taste I think I wll stay away from it

Emeril's Big Easy Bold
A Pleasant Bold Aroma to awaken to. Found that using 6 ounces of water instead of 8 ounces - BAM - increases the Dark, Rich, Nut Like taste. A Coffee "NOT" for the Mild or Flavored drinker, but for those who want to "Kick it up a Notch." Now I don't have to go to Sta___cks to get a Flavorfull cup of COFFEE>

Big Easy Bold
The Aroma is sweet with berry overtones.
The body is medium to full.
The color is very dark brown.
The taste is rich and berry like with a medium acid finish.
I normally don't care for dark roasts but this one is different. It is smooth with very little burnt taste at the end. This is a coffee I could get to like drinking.

Wow, this one really is big, easy and bold. Really intense with a strong smoky flavor. Definitely on the bitter side.

Dark, strong, bitter, and as the name says, intense. Not for the mild roast drinker! If you like espresso, this one is for you.

This is a good strong blend. I loved the smell of it brewing. It has a bit of a smokey flavor that I liked a lot. Compared to most bold coffees this didnt at all have a burnt taste. It had the kick I needed to get me up and moving. Bam Kick it up a notch

I have tried every kind of coffee flavor you can imagine and they're all good, but when I want a good, savory, satisfying cup....this is the cup to have! It has a great smooth flavor with a richy boldness that makes you say, "aaahhh". Try it-believe me-you'll LOVE it!

Oh oh oh...my goodness. Sipping this coffee is like sinking right into the best cozy easy chair in the middle of a wildflower valley! No, really. I love it that much!

Overall Rating: 3.25 Out Of 5 Coffee Mugs
Emeril's Gourmet Coffee Big Easy Bold had more of a description:
This classic Parisian roast is a thick, hearty blend. Its deep, dark color and invigorating aroma will definitely kick it up a notch. Big Easy Bold uses a minimum of 50% Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee beans.
Still no mention of where the beans are from and I want to ask why couldn't they have used 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee beans, but it was a step in the right direction.
The Big Easy Bold had an aroma as advertised. It was invigorating and intense, with a strong nutty flavor. I also picked up on hints of chocolate.
The intensity continued in the taste. It was a strong nutty flavor with a classic dark roast taste.
Even as a K-Cup it had a heavy body to it. Most of the K-Cups that I've tried seem more on the medium side of things.
Overall, I liked the Big Easy Bold, but it was a little bit too strong for me. However, I think that anyone that wants their coffee strong and is in a rush, would like this one. It also earns a 3.25 on the Daily Shot Of Coffee scale.
