Tree Hugger
To bad Coffee People's Tree Hugger has been discontinued. Get some if you still can.
The aroma is light and floral.
the appearance is medium brown.
It has a light to medium mouth feel.
The taste is floral with a slight acid finish. If you like medium blends but on the lighter side this may be the coffee for you. I tend to like bolder coffee but I enjoy the flavor of Tree Hugger when I want a change of pace. If you can still get it give it a try.

This one never disappoints- just an all-round great cup of coffee! I'm a medium roast lover and I wouldn't hesitate to buy this by the box. Tastes good with cream and sugar, too.

I found this bold, but somehow watery, bitter and burned tasting with a bit of a fruity finish. Not one that I prefer.

I just tried it and I loved it. It's not to sweet or bitter, not watery at all I will buy it again it is now one of my favorites. I'm not sure if your buy a large amount like 100 or so if you get a better price. I have also bought english breakfast tea and hot chocolate makde by Green Mt. They are great too. I LOVE this coffee! Roast: It's an extra bold medium blend. I like the extra bold, because I can brew a bigger mug without watering it down. I'm a fan of medium to dark blends. Aroma: Mmmm It smells like coffee should smell like! It keeps the aroma not only while brewing, but as you're sipping the entire cup. Color: Dark, dark brown. Taste: Heavenly. It's described as having cocoa and berry overtones, and I do actually taste them. (I don't always taste what the product information states!) Several reviews said that the coffee tastes even better with creamer. I normally drink my coffee black, but I did add some buttercream creamer and it did taste very good that way - though I normally drink this black. This is an excellent cup of coffee that I enjoy drinking on a routine basis!! Barb 1 Quick Cup Ambassador

I was lucky enough to drink Coffee People's Tree Hugger today! As a 1Quickcup Ambassador I have decided to review it for you. As it brewed on my Mini-Keurig the aroma filled the room! Even my 3 yr old daughter noticed the smell. When I took it off the brewer - I became nervous because it was REALLY dark! I thought it would be too strong, but I was wrong. It was bold and contained a lot of flavor. I mixed it with skim milk and a little bit of natural sugar and it was perfect. It is an all-around - perfect everyday hot coffee. I would highly recommend this coffee for all of you coffee lovers out there! As a matter of fact, this is also my husband's favorite coffee. ENJOY! Happy Sippin' SORRY! The site logged me out - so I reposted!

I tried this coffee today. I love the bold aroma that fills the room when it is brewing. I like to use just a drop of half and half in my coffee and it made this cup perfect. There was no burned taste, like a lot of bold coffees seem to have. There was just a rich coffee flavor that was very pleasing. I will be ordering more of this one. If you like a bold cup of coffee I suggest you do the same

Overall Rating: Two Out Of Three Coffee Mugs
Tree Hugger is the Coffee People's fair trade and organic coffee. Still no mention of who certified it, but I'll stop complaining now.
I was looking a little bit more forward to trying Tree Hugger since they describe it as a medium roast, however they did throw in that extra bold phrase that always scares me a little bit.
This coffee had a medium dark roast aroma and a scent that reminded me of chocolate syrup.
Yes, it did have a medium roast taste. However, the extra bold kills any other flavors that may have been in the cup.
To make matters worse, it had a bitter feeling.
Tree Hugger earned a sub par score of 2 on the Daily Shot Of Coffee scale.
